1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Drop.TV ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
2. User Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to update your information as necessary to keep it accurate and complete.
3. Creator Terms
Creators are responsible for all content they upload to the platform. Content must not violate any applicable laws, infringe on intellectual property rights, or contain prohibited material.
Drop.TV takes a platform fee on transactions. Payout schedules and terms are detailed in your Creator Dashboard. We reserve the right to withhold payouts in cases of suspected fraud or terms violations.
4. Subscriber Terms
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through your account settings. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.
Access to creator content is subject to the creator's availability and our platform's continued operation. We do not guarantee permanent access to any content.
5. Prohibited Content
The following content is strictly prohibited:
- Illegal content or content promoting illegal activities
- Content involving minors in any inappropriate context
- Non-consensual intimate content
- Harassment, hate speech, or content promoting violence
- Spam, malware, or fraudulent content
- Copyright-infringing material
6. Intellectual Property
Creators retain ownership of their original content. By uploading content, you grant Drop.TV a license to host, display, and distribute your content as necessary to operate the Service.
The Drop.TV name, logo, and platform design are our intellectual property and may not be used without permission.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your settings.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
8. Limitation of Liability
Drop.TV is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the past 12 months.
